Shipping & Delivery

Pre-order / In-Stock
Pre-order items will take about 2 - 4 weeks for delivery and about 3 - 6 weeks during seasonal holidays. If we have instock items, we aim to deliver to you within 2-3 business working days.

Please arrange an appointment with us for self-collection. Self-collection timing will only be applicable during the weekdays, excluding eve/on public holidays, from 10am-8pm.

Local delivery only; we do not provide international shipping at the moment.

Minimum registered postage fee of 5.00 SGD will be applied to orders not weighing more than 1kg. 
We do not deliver our orders via normal postage as we do not encourage couples to take the risk of having their wedding products lost during the delivery.

Postage delivery are excluded for certain products, wedding flowers, confectionery and wines. Respective courier delivery services and charges applies.

It is also advisable to have your desired delivery date to be at least 1.5 month from date of purchase. 
This is to allow lead time for production. More often than not, we are still able to deliver your order within 2-4 weeks from date of purchase. All deliveries are delivered via SingPost or Ta-q-bin; for cake and wine orders, deliveries are delivered via our in-house courier team.

We regret to inform that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas: Jurong Island, Tuas Link, Changi Cargo, Country Clubs, Army Camps, Seletar Aerospace, Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin, Kusu Island, Turf Club Avenue, Singapore Prison Quarters, Airbase sites, SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1, ST Kinetics, Shipyards, Powergrid.

Cake Delivery
A delivery surcharge of 20.00 SGD is applicable to all cake orders; applicable to only one location.

Flower and Decorations Delivery
Delivery surcharge is applicable to all flowers and decorations orders.

Most orders are not applicable for exchange. Only selected items are valid for exchange. Exchanges must be done within 7 or 14 days of receipt (varies for respective vendors), un-used with tags still on, in the original brand packaging (if applicable).
Weddicts do not serve any return/refund policy. We have a warehouse team to inspect and ensure all products are in good condition before we send the orders out for delivery; We also warrant that all orders will be delivered undamaged. All products and services are non-refundable as these are all customized for you and your big day.

However, in any case of special circumstances or reasons that you are encountering with and would like to do a refund, kindly drop us an e-mail to and we will see how we can work things out for you. Our customer service team will get back to you via 1-2 working days.

Do note that refund will be given in the form of WEDDICTS credits equivalent to the value of the returned item(s), excluding delivery and postage fees. *A discount code will be provided to be used in the next purchase.
